Hmm, yes, I know the type! They piss me off too. The only thing I would disagree with is what they are blinded by. I don't think Jesus Monkeys are blinded by faith. I think they are blinded by their lack of security in their faith. They are blinded by their insecurities and their refusal to accept that they've been forgiven, so they feel the need to continually throw up other peoples sins to mask the guilt they still feel about their own... so yeah... lol. But it is a striking resemblance to a man I met once... he even got red in the face.

Well, I disagree. There is a certain level of faith involved in anything. My personal comfort level with faith keeps it at a minimum.

But then you have people that haven't seen logic in so long that they forgot what it feels like. "All people want to hear about Jesus! He's great!" There's no check or balance system in that little gerbil wheel of a brain going "Y'know, this might not be a good thing."

Jesus Monkeys. A step down on the evolutionary ladder.

Don't get me wrong, the kind of people you describe exist, but I have a feeling that they are but a different race in this species :P

oh, atheist. I find devil worshippers to be silly :P Satanists, on the other hand, aren't THAT silly...but just aren't my cup of tea.

oh yes. Oddly enough, most Satanists these days don't believe in the devil. They're more into.. hedonism and living for the self, if I remember correctly. But no satan. That's Anton LeVay for ya.
